Experienced Team Members

Chris Ollar, Owner

Chris Ollar, the founding member of our team, was born in St. Louis, MO, and raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a BA in Business Administration and went on to complete an MBA from Union University in Germantown, TN. Chris has been in the construction as a general contractor and home remodeling industry for two decades, with special interests in kitchen remodeling and interior home remodeling.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys the outdoors with his wife and kids and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals!

Trey Adkins, Owner

Trey Adkins, Chris’s younger brother, also plays a crucial role in our operations. Born in Memphis, TN, and raised in Eads, TN, Trey brings over fifteen years of experience in the construction and real estate industries to our team. With a BA in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Union University, Trey has extensive experience in new custom home construction, home remodeling, overseeing remodeling contractors, as well as commercial tenant improvement projects and CAPEX projects. He has a particular expertise in kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling.

When not at work, Trey enjoys spending time with his two daughters and wife. He is an avid Ole Miss and Dallas Cowboys football fan and loves to play golf.

Matt Tucker, Owner

Matt Tucker, another key member of our team and the brother-in-law of Chris and Trey, brings more than a decade of construction and project care experience. A Memphis native, Matt’s background in the industry enhances our collective knowledge and service offering, making us a preferred remodeling contractor, flooring company, bathroom and kitchen remodeling company, and much more.

Matt is a hunting enthusiast. When he is not overseeing projects, he can be found outdoors with his wife and two boys, enjoying nature or cheering on the Vols!
